From 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm: look around, look at business email list mailboxes, read work news, read official account articles, and collect information.
2:30pm to 4:30pm: The mental state is better, writing product documentation, doing some project work. Totally left to yourself, no communication, usually important and urgent.
After 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm: Not sure, hold meetings, communicate with development and testing, communicate externally, and do things on the project. Poor mental state, usually doing unimportant and urgent things.
6:00-7:00 pm: Exercise.
7pm-9pm: Not sure. Most of the time, do things that don't require your brain to work on the project.
9:00 to 10:00 pm: Go home from get off work. If you have any insights that day, write down your insights that day; if not, write this week’s article. (The topic of the article has been thought out before, what will be written this week)
10:00 to 11:00 pm: Washing, skin care, laundry, etc. 11:00 to 11:30. Brush your phone and get ready to sleep.
Work hard during the day, get things done smoothly, get into the bed at night, and get a good night's sleep, so every day will be more lovely!
You will also have the obvious feeling that if you are exhausted every day with important and urgent things, you will feel tired at work and driven away by things.
However, when you do things that are not urgent, you will feel more in control of your work. From my personal experience, as long as anxiety arises, important and urgent things are left unfinished.
